We’re moving to Denver.
Probably not “AGAIN” as I have been where I am at for 33 years. Sometimes one has to throw the chips in the air even if you think it’s pointless. Because fate is a funny thing. We did that.
My wife applied for a job that she was qualified for but we didn’t think she’d get it because its with a large corporation and well, we are not really corporate types. Well… she got it and it’s moving us to Denver.
And faster than we anticipated. By December 1st, I will be living in Denver and I will be homeless. We don’t have a place just yet, and will not have one until we get there and can figure out what is close to her new job. I’m stressed.
I am the type of person who worries about everything. Since we have found out that we are going, I have not been sleeping well because my brain is going ninety-to-nothing thinking about how we are going to manage everything. How do we move with animals (cats) who are much like me—nervous and anxious? Will we have enough money to live until she gets paid? AND NOW… THE WEATHER.
Denver is in the middle of winter and well, that means snow. The news indicates that Colorado plains (east of Denver and road we need to take) are under hazardous conditions and they need to plan to be stranded for a while. FUCK ME.
Here is how me and my wife are different.
Me: Fuck, what are we going to do? We’re not going to make it by car. We’re going to die if we get on the road up there. We need to fly, which means we can’t take the cats or the car.
My Wife: It’ll be fine. It’s still three weeks away. It’s not like we have a choice, we’ll take it slow.
Meanwhile, I have more gray hair and can’t sleep.
Updates on FanBoy are going well. I have a new chapter posting later today as well as one ready to go next Friday. Once I get settled, I will look at maybe posting more of them per week, as I’d love to finish up this book so I can start a new one. There are so many ideas circling, so we will see what’s next.

There is about 25K still to edit in the first season of Girl/Mistress, a Sapphic BDSM series that spans 5-7 different books. The first 5 books have been released on Amazon but I am expanding the series and stories, giving a refresh edit and extending the scenes.
For those who have read the books, I know you are anxiously waiting for the next installment. I’m torn. I feel like I need to finish the series for the books to all be released in the original form, because I know if I wait… then book five will be the expanded version and not fit within the original formatting. I don’t want this either.
