Another THE END written…

“BABY” IS COMPLETED…
They wanted fame. The guitar wanted blood.
In the cutthroat world of music, selling your soul for fame and fortune is essential. What do they say… Sex. Drugs. Rock and roll?
Every musician dreams of the perfect guitar. The one that makes crowds scream, doors open, and temptation lean closer. For Vikki Blue, that is BABY.
But Baby wants something in return. Jealous, possessive, and violently devoted, it will destroy anyone who comes between it and its owner.
As the guitar’s hunger grows, its owner must face the deadly truth: the music isn’t coming from their hands anymore. Because once you play this guitar, it owns you.
And it doesn’t let go.
Success comes fast. The body count comes faster.
And that, folks, is the sales synopsis…

Right now, you can read the prologue and the first chapter of BABY on this website. I have currently submitted the manuscript with a press (not Undertaker Books) and am waiting to hear from them to see if they will publish. If they reject my book, I will be releasing it myself.
It’s a waiting game at this point.
I’m not a huge fan of submitting my work to presses because I write for the readers, not for the fame and fortune (LOL) and the waiting that comes along with working with someone else.
Maybe that’s the wrong way to look at it, but it’s who I am. My wife always says the same thing, why do you write?
Because I like it…
What’s next…
I need to finish posting “Love in the Shadows” for this Substack. And guess what? Girl/Mistress books 0 and 1 are off of Kindle Unlimited, that means I can continue on with the extended editions. Newly edited and revised chapters. Deleted scenes. More indepth storytelling. Serialized multiple times a week.
FUN FACT: Did you know “Baby” is now part of the girl/Mistress universe?
It’s almost as if all of my stories are intertwined. A lot of my stories will have a centralized police officer. Anytime there is a cop, his/her name is Sean Brody. Also, anything dealing with music is part of ViP Music (Trixi’s father’s music company).
Maybe one day, some die-hard fan will make a L-Word chart linking all my characters and timelines into a massive Cyan world.
And what will I be newly writing next? It’s my vacation horror with the working title of “Wish You Were Dead” – which I know will not be the title. Let’s see how we can connect the story and bring this into the CYAN universe.
Until next time,
Cyan!
