Oh Baby, Baby!
Good Morning from Denver, Colorado…
I still am not used to saying that. It has been a solid year since I moved from Houston, Texas to Denver, Colorado. It’s been interesting to say the least.
Just recently, I changed jobs. Three days before Thanksgiving, I left my remote job for an in-person job but am still in the same industry. Back in Houston, I managed a flower shop for 29 years. Then I left retail for wholesale in the floral industry for 2 years, but now I am back to managing a flower shop in Denver. It sure does change my schedule but I am back in my element and much happier than I was these past 2 years.
It doesn’t change the fact that I love writing stories. Its now about juggling time.
Thorns of Yesterday is with the editor, but it won’t be finished until I pay for the work she is doing for me. This is why I started a Kickstarter—to help cover the costs.
So what is next on the agenda? Well, I am still posting the last unedited chapters of Thorns of Yesterday daily until I’m finished. Chapter 1 of Love in the Shadows for everyone to read. This is a finished book that I will be adding to the database of online content. More online content will come to this Substack as things move away from Kindle Unlimited.
My next writing project will be the continuation of BABY. The prologue and first chapter are available to read. Baby is an erotic Sapphic horror story.
This might take a bit longer to post as I am actually writing this, instead of editing a second draft like I was with Thorns of Yesterday.
