It’s been a while since I sent out an actual newsletter about what’s going on in my world – writing and personal. SO HELLO!!!
Of course, my real 9-5 job, which is really a 6-3 job is finally to the point where I am comfortable and the schedule is evening out. Because my wife gets off work at 5pm, I have about two hours of quiet book work time. I use this time to work on what is the biggest priority. It usually is Undertaker Books work.
We have some amazing books coming out, including another Sapphic horror which deals with monsters. It’s like a creature feature. I can’t wait to share that with my Sapphic readers. It does come out in November, so I will be looking for ARC readers to help with that when the time comes.
I will have a short story coming out at the end of September for an anthology called Judicial Homicide: Tales From The Execution Chamber. The theme is execution methods from around the world, past and present. My story takes place around mid-century where a woman is accused of being a witch and a bunch of local teens hunt her down to burn her at the stake… Of course it is Sapphic and has a sex scene in the first paragraph!!!

In two weeks, I will be attending my first horror convention. One, I will be investigating to see if it worth the investment of Undertaker Books having an table in the vendor room. Also, it’s three days of movies… I am hoping to submerge myself in so much creativity that it seeps into my soul and sparks that imagination again. Plus, Heather Langenkamp will be in town for this. Seriously, I love this woman.
In October, I will be at my first author signing event. 100+ Indie authors of all genres will be at Houston Indie Author Fair in Katy, Texas. I will have a table with books and swag (stickers and postcards) – If you are in the area, please stop by. Even if you don’t buy a book, I will be signing the postcards (see the banner at the top-that is them).
I have started the serialized publishing of the girl/Mistress Expanded Universe right here on Substack. Each week, I am posting 2-3 newly edited, expanded or even completely new chapters from the girl/Mistress books, starting with Cause & Effect, which will be retitled to “A Moment of Weakness” when the new versions become available.
